Eileen Olivera is originally from another “Beach” – Virginia Beach, VA. In 2001, she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology / Internet Administration from Bryant & Stratton College. In order to fund her college tuition, Eileen relocated to Tampa, FL, where she found a full-time job with a local real estate title company. There, Eileen was promoted to several positions of increased responsibility and it is also where she fell in love with the whole real estate “adventure”. However, due to her husband’s frequent, extended deployments (did we mention she is a military spouse?) and several base transfers, Eileen decided to take a break from the corporate world for a while and continue her education.
In 2011, Eileen went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration/Health Information Systems degree with the University of Phoenix.
In 2012, she relocated to Navarre, Florida, with her two children and Boxer dog, while her husband was away on a one year short-tour to the Pacific. Eileen made the decision to buy a house so her husband could return to a warm, happy, home after being away for a lengthy time. She experienced the entire home buying process by herself, along with the help of her realtors. Going through this process reminded Eileen exactly of how much she missed real estate and she again realized being an agent was her calling too.
In 2013, she achieved her Florida Sales Associate license. The following year, 2014, she also became a Certified Military Relocation Professional, and a member of the Navarre Area Board of Realtors. In 2016, Eileen also earned her Title Agent License.
